Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Leader to lead our new pilot project integrating IPS employment support with local homelessness teams. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a small team of Employment Specialists to deliver a high-quality service in line with IPS Fidelity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a new team to successfully deliver a pilot project integrating IPS employment support with local homelessness teams.
  • Lead a highly effective team of Employment Specialists to provide positive and sustained employment outcomes for our customers in line with their job preferences.
  • Deliver a high-quality service in line with IPS Fidelity.
  • Provide effective operational oversight to the team.
  • Work collaboratively with partners, employers, and other stakeholders to enhance service delivery and achieve better outcomes for our customers.

  • Excellent understanding of IPS Fidelity.
  • Ability to drive improvement through focused performance management.
  • Ability to lead, motivate, and inspire others.
  • Ability to build relationships with a wide range of people and stakeholders.
  • A non-judgmental approach with a genuine belief that people experiencing homelessness can find paid employment.
  • A positive mindset, able to handle setbacks and challenges, and a commitment to working in a strengths-based way.
  • Willingness to work across Sheffield, Rotherham, and Barnsley.

  • Salary: £34,391 - £37,670 per annum pro rata.
