Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Leader to lead our new pilot project integrating IPS employment support with local homelessness teams. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a small team of Employment Specialists to deliver a high-quality service in line with IPS Fidelity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a new team to successfully deliver a pilot project integrating IPS employment support with local homelessness teams
  • Lead a highly effective team of Employment Specialists to provide positive and sustained employment outcomes for our customers in line with their job preferences
  • Deliver a high-quality service in line with IPS Fidelity
  • Provide effective operational oversight to the team
  • Work collaboratively with partners, employers, and other stakeholders to enhance service delivery and achieve better outcomes for our customers

Requirements

  • Excellent understanding of IPS Fidelity
  • Ability to drive improvement through focused performance management
  • Ability to lead, motivate, and inspire others
  • Ability to build relationships with a wide range of people and stakeholders
  • Non-judgmental approach with a genuine belief that people experiencing homelessness can find paid employment
  • Positive mindset, able to handle setbacks and challenges, and a commitment to working in a strengths-based way
  • Willingness to work across Sheffield, Rotherham, and Barnsley
