Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Coffee Shop Assistant to join our team at Dummer Down Café & Grocery. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, preparing food and drinks, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring a positive experience for all customers
  • Prepare and serve food and drinks, adhering to company Food Safety guidelines
  • Maintain a clean and tidy coffee shop, including sweeping and mopping floors, cleaning toilets, and tidying outdoor areas
  • Support the manager/supervisor with creating inspirational social media content
  • Perform other duties as required, including taking delivery of goods, stocking shelves, and logging waste
Requirements
  • Ability to work with initiative as part of a team
  • Calm, cheerful, and helpful disposition
  • Commitment to working within our Honesty Shop standards, respecting food safety and health and safety requirements
