Philex Electronic Limited is seeking a skilled Client Services Coordinator to become a vital part of our dedicated Sales Department team.

This multifaceted position involves standard client service responsibilities, including order processing and returns management.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

Providing comprehensive client service and administrative support to the Sales Department.


Main Responsibilities:

  • Daily management of all Sales Accounts, ensuring outstanding client service by delivering relevant and precise information to clients while processing orders accurately and promptly.
  • Offering professional telephone support to clients.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to address client needs, including order status, pricing, and inventory inquiries.
  • Reporting directly to the Customer Service Supervisor regarding various matters.

Philex is a dynamic and rapidly evolving manufacturer and distributor of consumer electronic accessories, catering to numerous major UK DIY and FMCG companies.

With a central office in Bedford, Philex has made significant investments in its manufacturing and logistics operations in China, along with offices in Hong Kong.


Qualifications and Experience Required:

  • A minimum of two years of prior experience in customer service administration.
  • Strong numerical skills and proficiency in computer applications, particularly Excel.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Organized, methodical, and capable of multitasking.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure, meet deadlines, and solve problems effectively.

Compensation:
Starting salary of £24,000.00 per annum.
