Account Manager Job Description

Are you a motivated and results-driven professional looking for a challenging role in account management? Do you have a passion for building strong relationships with clients and driving business growth? We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team at i2i Recruitment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of existing accounts, identifying opportunities for growth and expansion
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to acquire new business and increase revenue
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and meet client expectations
  • Identify and capitalize on cross-selling and up-selling opportunities

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in account management or sales, preferably in the insurance sector
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues
  • Results-driven and target-focused, with a track record of achieving sales targets
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach
