About the Role

The Athlete Executive plays a pivotal role in the development of the Athlete Programme at AYBL. This position involves identifying and recruiting new athletes, skillfully managing existing relationships, and ensuring a seamless experience between AYBL and its athletes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and recruit new athletes to join AYBL's Athlete Program.
  • Manage existing relationships with athletes, providing a flawless experience through regular communication and collaboration.
  • Ensure that all agreed terms of athlete contracts are completed to the highest standard.
  • Collaborate with other departments to assist in executing campaigns, content creation, photoshoots, and events.
  • A commission structure is in place for the identification, signing, and successful management of athletes.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Communicate new product launches, restocks, sales, and events to athletes, ensuring they have the correct and up-to-date information to share with their audience.
  • Manage athletes through regular communication, including emails, texts, video calls, and phone calls, to provide the best experience and help them succeed.
  • Ensure the influencer database and documents are kept up to date.
  • Attend campaign photoshoots and events with athletes as required, including assisting in planning and preparation.
  • Work with athletes, managers, and/or agencies to negotiate contracts and payment terms to maximize opportunities on behalf of AYBL.
  • Provide feedback to your line manager on athlete performance.

Person Specification

  • Minimum of 1+ years of experience in a similar role.
  • Desired experience working with male influencers.
  • A passion for the fitness/athleisure industry.
  • A passion for social media, identifying trends, and new emerging athlete/talent.
  • A keen interest in marketing.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Organized with attention to detail.
  • Confident, self-motivated, and proactive.
