**Main purpose of the role**

At AYBL, we're not just an activewear brand; we're a lifestyle. As we continue to redefine activewear, we're on the lookout for a dynamic and driven Influencer Marketing Executive to join our team. If you're passionate about fitness, social media, and building relationships with influencers, this is your chance to play a pivotal role in elevating the AYBL brand to new heights.

**Roles & responsibilities**
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the AYBL influencer program, cultivating and maintaining existing relationships.
- Monitor and report on ambassador/influencer activities, ensuring optimal performance and brand alignment.
- Identify best-performing influencers and analyse key factors contributing to their success.
- Follow established processes within the department while offering valuable recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Keep the influencer database current and relevant.
- Actively participate in planning AYBL events and sponsored activities.
- Coordinate the sending of thoughtfully curated gift packages to influencers.
- Collaborate with in-house teams to facilitate the administration and organization of marketing campaigns and events.
- Manage the influencer gifting budget, negotiating terms with influencers and their management.
- Ensure influencers adhere to agreed-upon posting schedules and content specifications.
- Deliver weekly updates to your line manager, providing updates on new influencers, insights and recommendations for ongoing success.

**Requirements**:

- A passion for fitness and an understanding of the social media landscape.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to build and nurture positive relationships with influencers and collaborators.

**Location**

Our home is located in Redditch, South Birmingham, with easy access routes to the M5/M42, a 20-minute walk to the train station, as well as many bus routes. Not forgetting Arrow Valley Lake which is a stone's throw away and a beautiful spot to get those steps in or enjoy your lunch with a view.
