We are in search of a skilled **Lead Video Production Specialist** to enhance our creative team. The successful applicant will possess a strong background in editing promotional content tailored for digital platforms and will be adept at managing post-production processes. Below are the primary responsibilities associated with this position:

  • Edit promotional, social media, and marketing videos utilizing Adobe Premiere.
  • Work collaboratively with both internal teams and external collaborators to guarantee the successful completion of projects.
  • Exhibit proficiency in animation and motion graphics.
  • Assist the editing team with daily operations and provide guidance to junior editors.
  • Conduct color correction, grading, and sound mixing to adhere to industry standards.
  • Support edit workflow management and assist with production tasks as required.
  • Ensure all content is consistent with brand guidelines and appropriate for the target audience.

Essential qualifications we seek:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in video editing, especially in branded content and social media.
  • Proficient in Adobe Premiere, After Effects, color grading, sound mixing, and Photoshop.
  • Ability to demonstrate creativity, problem-solving skills, and initiative consistently.
