Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced 360 recruiter to join our team as a Senior Recruitment Consultant. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring top talent for our clients in the legal sector. If you have a proven track record of success in recruitment and are looking for a new challenge, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and acquire top talent for our clients in the legal sector
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and candidates
  • Conduct interviews and assessments to identify the best candidates for our clients
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our clients and candidates
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in the legal sector
  • Proven track record of success in recruitment, with a strong understanding of the legal sector
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Results-driven and motivated individual with a strong work ethic

What We Offer
