We are in search of a seasoned Financial Planning and Analysis Manager to become a vital part of our finance team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the comprehensive planning process across the organization, including the annual budget and forecasts.
  • Enhance decision-making by creating, implementing, and maintaining dynamic models and process improvements that yield high-quality analytics, scenario planning, and predictive insights.
  • Collaborate with executive stakeholders to produce management reports and variance analyses that align with the company's strategic objectives.
  • Foster strong relationships with finance teams across various business units to ensure uniformity in planning and performance reporting.
  • Conduct month-end activities, including journal entries, reconciliations, and controls.
  • Oversee the reporting, evaluation, and communication of financial outcomes while providing insights into business trends and initiatives.
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly reports for senior management, offering enhanced analysis of business performance.
  • Drive ongoing enhancements to the planning and analysis processes to deliver quicker and more precise insights across the organization.
  • Support the audit processes within Tarmac.

The Ideal Candidate

We seek a fully qualified ACA / ACCA / ACMA Accountant with a minimum of three years of post-qualification experience in Financial Planning and Analysis.

  • Experience in people management and demonstrated leadership capabilities.
  • Exceptional modeling, analytical, and data visualization skills.
  • Strong interpersonal abilities, with a proven track record of developing cross-functional relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks, prioritizing effectively, and seeing projects through to completion.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Solid technical financial expertise, ideally with a professional accounting qualification.
  • Proficiency in budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting.
  • Strong skills in BW and SAP, along with advanced Excel capabilities are essential.
  • Experience with HFM, Anaplan, or Power BI is advantageous.
