Ryder Reid Legal is seeking an experienced Service Desk Analyst to provide premium call centre and email support for a prestigious global law firm client in London.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Fielding Service Desks calls and resolving problems or referring advanced issues to the appropriate team member.
  • Tracking customer calls and recording detailed information.
  • Monitoring tickets in the Service Desk issue tracking system.
  • Completing customer requests in a timely and customer-service orientated manner.
  • Developing and maintaining knowledge in existing and new technologies to provide effective support.
  • Following established policies and procedures to deliver exceptional service.
  • Performing other tasks and projects to support Service Desk operations.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years' experience in legal IT or professional services and be able to work well in high-pressure situations.
