We are seeking an experienced project manager to lead the digitalisation of adult social care projects for South East London. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of senior digital support officers and working closely with stakeholders to deliver the requirements of the projects.
Main Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of senior digital support officers to deliver the digitalisation of adult social care projects
- Work closely with stakeholders, including care providers and NHS England, to scope, plan, and deliver the requirements of the projects
- Manage and oversee the programme funding provided by NHS England and associated reporting on delivery
- Develop and implement internal processes and procedures to support the delivery of the projects
The successful candidate will have experience of project management and working within the adult social care or healthcare settings. They will be able to demonstrate experience of co-ordinating projects in complex and challenging environments, drafting briefing papers and correspondence for a senior audience, and setting up and implementing internal processes and procedures.
Requirements- Master's degree or equivalent level of experience in a specialist area
- Demonstrated experience of co-ordinating projects in complex and challenging environments
- Experience of drafting briefing papers and correspondence for a senior audience
- Experience of working within the adult social care or healthcare settings
- Ability to analyse complex issues, provide and receive sensitive information, and present complex information to large groups and senior stakeholders
