About the Role

We are a dynamic and innovative recruitment agency, TH Recruitment, seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to join our team. Our company values include transparency, integrity, and a collaborative work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive marketing strategy to drive business growth and achieve key objectives.
  • Design and implement HubSpot dashboards to track marketing performance and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Oversee the creation and distribution of high-quality marketing materials, including product brochures and other collateral, through outsourced providers.
  • Maintain and update the company website content management system (CMS) within HubSpot, ensuring timely publication of website content, blogs, testimonials, case studies, and other relevant materials.
  • Coordinate global promotional marketing events and activities, including trade shows and exhibits, to showcase our brand and services.
  • Monitor and analyze both paid and organic marketing activity across the marketing ecosystem, including website engagement, social media channels, and other relevant metrics, within HubSpot.
  • Maximize the effectiveness of our social media platforms, particularly LinkedIn, to engage with our target audience and build brand awareness.
  • Liaise with partners and resellers to identify and capitalize on global business opportunities.

Requirements:

  • A degree in marketing or business management, or a related field, and ideally CIM accreditation.
  • A good understanding of current marketing standards, data protection, and GDPR regulations.
  • Experience with Enterprise CRM software, such as HubSpot, lead generation, CMS, and workflow automation.
  • Proficiency in maintaining Google Ads campaigns and reporting within Google Analytics.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft packages and high-level ability to use digital publication tools.
