About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Digital Marketing Manager to join our team at Nextech Group Limited. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to grow our online presence, engagement, and brand awareness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive traffic and engagement.
- Create and curate high-quality content for various online platforms.
- Monitor industry trends and adapt strategies to stay ahead of digital marketing developments.
- Engage with our online community, respond to queries, and foster growth.
- Analyze performance metrics and adjust campaigns to improve results.
- Collaborate with our marketing and creative teams to ensure consistent branding across all channels.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in digital marketing management (minimum 3 years).
- Proficiency in tools such as Adobe, Canva, and Hootsuite.
- Creative mindset with the ability to produce engaging content.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms and trends.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience with analytics tools to measure and optimize performance.
