About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Manager to join our team at Vantage Recruitment. As a key player in our marketing department, you will be responsible for elevating our brand position within the UK market through the development of first-class SEO and SEM strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the charge in crafting compelling digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, paid media, and PPC.
  • Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve site positions and drive organic traffic.
  • Collaborate with our European marketing teams to ensure a cohesive and effective marketing approach.
  • Work closely with our marketing colleagues in Denmark to ensure seamless communication and execution.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our target audience and tailor content to meet their needs.
Requirements
  • A Marketing degree or equivalent experience.
  • Strong copywriting and content creation skills, including product launches, web campaigns, press releases, and email campaigns.
  • Proficiency in SEO and improving site positions.
  • Expertise with Google Ads.
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and project management skills.
  • The ability to think on your feet and work in an autonomous way.
