About the Role
As a Marketing Manager at ASM Global, you will be responsible for spearheading local CRM, social, and digital marketing efforts for Becketwell Arena. This pivotal role involves managing budgets, crafting captivating content, and bolstering marketing strategies to drive ticket sales and promote the venue's events.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies, focusing on CRM, social media, and digital campaigns.
- Oversee the creation and management of engaging content across social media platforms, staying informed about industry trends to continuously improve digital content strategies.
- Partner with internal teams to implement innovative digital campaigns and build strong relationships with partners, promoters, and ticketing partners.
- Manage marketing budgets and provide accurate ROI reporting, leading the social media agency and ensuring consistent branding.
- Support the Head of Sales, Marketing & Guest Experience and senior management with additional tasks as required.
Requirements
- Solid understanding of digital marketing strategies and their implementation.
- Experience with website or content management systems and proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and MS Office (or similar tools).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail.
- Experience in creating digital content and managing social media accounts.
- Understanding of the entertainment industry and current trends.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and handling various tasks.
- Familiarity with analytics tools to track and report on marketing campaign performance.
- Understanding of customer needs to create effective marketing solutions.
