We are currently seeking a Merchandising Team Leader to enhance our operations in a key retail location.

Role Overview

Conduct comprehensive store assessments with management and team members to strategize workload and provide clear guidance for upcoming tasks, aligned with marketing initiatives and corporate merchandising directives. Collaborate with floor managers and their teams to ensure that products are displayed effectively and in accordance with brand identities, utilizing the merchandising principles and seasonal guidelines provided by the corporate team. Offer constructive feedback to team members, celebrating achievements and addressing areas for improvement. Leverage expertise to mentor and develop store teams, enhancing their confidence and merchandising capabilities by overseeing visual execution. Inspire customer engagement by consistently achieving high visual standards through effective and appealing product displays, windows, and in-store presentations, in line with corporate guidelines. Develop seasonal focal points and trend displays in coordination with marketing and visual communication strategies. Respond promptly to best-selling items and key products, providing insights to the corporate merchandising team. Actively participate in the setup and documentation of seasonal model displays across all departments. Work closely with management to implement promotions and events that meet deadlines, adhere to company policies, and maximize sales opportunities. Ensure availability of visual merchandising materials and equipment to maintain a strong visual presence at all times.

Required Skills and Experience

Proven experience in visual merchandising or retail management. Strong organizational and time management abilities. Capability to work collaboratively and lead a team effectively. Creative mindset with a keen eye for fashion, while remaining commercially aware. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. A proactive and adaptable approach to new working methods.
