About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Merchandising Team Driver to join our team at C2 Recruitment - Retail, Hospitality & Charity Specialists. As a Retail Merchandising Team Driver, you will be responsible for carrying out merchandising tasks, overseeing the transportation of a small team of merchandisers, and ensuring the efficient movement of stock.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out merchandising tasks, including removing and replacing stock, adjusting shelf heights, and moving stock from the warehouse onto the shop floor.
  • Oversee the transportation of a small team of merchandisers to and from each shift.
  • Ensure the efficient movement of stock, including stock replenishment and inventory management.
  • Escalate any issues with the vehicle in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Work as part of a team led by a Team Manager or Store Management.

Requirements

  • A full driving license is required for this role.
  • Previous experience in retail is desirable, although training will be provided.
  • A 'can do' attitude and ability to work long shifts are essential.
  • Ability to work unsociable hours, including night shifts.
