About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team at Crew Clothing. As a key member of our store management team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and maintaining exceptional visual merchandising standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Performance: Achieve sales targets by demonstrating a passion for our products and brand, and by providing accurate information to customers about features, benefits, and stock availability.
  • Customer Service: Provide an inviting and welcoming atmosphere for customers, and process sales transactions with care and in line with company guidelines.
  • Team Management: Assist the manager in driving consistent improvement to store sales, KPIs, and other areas of measured success, and help recruit, retain, motivate, and develop the team to drive store success.
  • Visual Merchandising: Maintain exceptional visual merchandising standards throughout the store, and create a shopping experience that delights customers every time.
  • Multi-Channel Shopping: Promote our multi-channel shopping options to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Customer Service Focus: A customer service-focused individual with good communication skills.
  • Retail Experience: Experience in the retail industry, preferably in a luxury fashion brand.
  • IT Skills: Good IT skills, including the ability to process sales transactions and manage customer data.
