We are currently seeking a Visual Merchandising Lead to enhance our team in our flagship location.

Role Overview

Conduct comprehensive weekly store walkthroughs with management and in-store personnel to strategize workload and provide clear directives for upcoming weeks, aligning with marketing schedules and corporate visual merchandising guidelines. Collaborate with floor managers and their teams to ensure that brands are displayed effectively and in accordance with their unique identities, adhering to the Frasers Group standards, utilizing the Visual Principles, Brand Segmentations, and Seasonal Stylefiles provided by the corporate visual merchandising teams. Deliver timely feedback to team members, acknowledging achievements and constructively addressing areas for improvement. Leverage expertise to mentor and develop shop floor teams, enhancing their confidence and merchandising capabilities by overseeing the visual execution within the store. Foster a compelling shopping experience by consistently achieving outstanding visual standards through strategic and elevated merchandising of brands, window displays, and shop floor arrangements in line with corporate directives. Develop seasonal highlight areas to align with marketing and visual communication strategies. Remain responsive to best-selling items and key products in-store, providing feedback to the corporate visual merchandising team. Actively participate in the setup and documentation of seasonal model stores across all departments. Collaborate closely with management to execute promotions and events that meet deadlines, comply with company policies, and maximize sales opportunities. Ensure the availability of point-of-sale materials and visual tools to maintain a strong visual presence at all times.

Skills / Experience / Knowledge Required

Experience in visual merchandising or retail management. Strong time management abilities. Capability to work collaboratively and lead a team. Creative and imaginative with a keen sense of fashion, while being mindful of commercial viability and brand identity. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. A fearless mindset, open to innovative working methods. A proactive attitude, willing to embrace new approaches.
