Job Summary

The Visual Merchandising Manager will lead the visual presentation of the store, ensuring a consistent and commercially driven visual identity that aligns with the company's brand standards. This role will work closely with the management team to develop and implement visual merchandising strategies that drive sales and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement visual merchandising plans that align with company objectives and brand standards.
  • Lead weekly walkthroughs with the management team to plan workload and provide clear direction to the visual team.
  • Work with the floor managers and their teams to ensure brands are merchandised commercially and to their correct identities.
  • Provide timely feedback to associates, recognizing success and positively challenging poor performance.
  • Use expertise to coach and develop shop floor teams to improve their confidence and merchandising skills.
  • Create seasonal hotspot/trend areas to coincide with marketing and visual communications instruction.
  • Be reactive to best-selling and key product in store and feedback to the Head Office Visual Team.
  • Hands-on in the set-up and documentation of seasonal Model Store across all departments.
  • Work closely with Managers to deliver promotions and events that meet deadlines, adhere to company guidelines, and maximize sales.
  • Maintain stocks of POS and visual equipment to ensure the store can deliver a strong visual message at all times.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Visual Merchandising or retail experience in a managerial role.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Ability to work as part of and lead a team.
  • Creative, imaginative, and have a flair for fashion, while being mindful of commerciality and brand identities.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Fearless attitude, open to new ways of working.
