Job Description

Frasers Group is a leading retail company with a strong presence in the UK and Europe. We are seeking a highly skilled Visual Merchandise Supervisor to join our team in Glasgow.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Store Visualizations: Conduct weekly walkthroughs with managers and in-store teams to plan workload and provide clear direction for the coming week(s), aligning with marketing and communications calendars and Head Office Visual Merchandising instructions.
  • Merchandise Brands: Work with floor managers and their teams to ensure brands are merchandised commercially and in line with their correct identities, using Visual Principles, Brand Segmentations, and Seasonal Stylefiles provided by the Head Office Visual Merchandising team.
  • Coach and Develop Teams: Provide timely feedback to associates, recognizing success and positively challenging poor performance. Use expertise to coach and develop shop floor teams to improve their confidence and merchandising skills.
  • Create Visual Standards: Consistently deliver exceptional visual standards through the simple, commercial, and elevated merchandising of brands, windows, and shop floor displays, aligning with Head Office instructions.
  • Seasonal Displays: Create seasonal hotspot/trend areas to coincide with Marketing and Visual Communications instructions.
  • Reactive Merchandising: Be reactive to best-selling and key products in store and provide feedback to the HO Visual Merchandising Team.
  • Model Store Setup: Hands-on in the set-up and documentation of seasonal Model Store across all departments.
  • Promotions and Events: Work closely with managers to deliver promotions and events that meet deadlines, adhere to Company guidelines, and maximize sales.
  • Visual Equipment Management: Maintain stocks of POS and visual equipment to ensure the store can deliver a strong visual message at all times.

Requirements
  • Visual Merchandising Experience: Visual Merchandising or retail experience in a managerial role.

  • Creativity and Commerciality: Creative, imaginative, and have a flair for fashion, while being mindful of commerciality and brand identities.
