We are seeking a dedicated and skilled coordinator to manage a diverse range of administrative tasks, collaborating within a compact team to provide support across various business functions.

Role Overview

The successful candidate will demonstrate a high level of initiative in assisting the team with the Apprentice residential training booking service:

  • Confirming training bookings efficiently.
  • Engaging with Managers to clarify learner needs.
  • Updating the client management system with attendance information.
  • Coordinating with accommodation providers regarding Apprentice requirements.

The role includes managing incoming calls and ensuring effective communication:

  • Analyzing hotel and client feedback, collaborating with the Learner Programme Executive to drive continuous improvement.

You will oversee the management of P2 issues according to established escalation protocols and ensure that the team documents issues as per the agreed procedures.

Additionally, you will provide training for hotels and clients on the learner booking system.

Responsibilities also include maintaining up-to-date training manuals for hotels and clients.

You will be accountable for the Monthly E-bulletin.

Managing the Apprentice Inbox is essential, ensuring timely responses to inquiries.

Support the Learner Programme Executive with the Request for Quotation (RFQ) process.

Assist the Apprentice team in meeting overall service level objectives.

Work collaboratively within a small team, demonstrating flexibility to assist colleagues across various business areas.

Reporting Structure

This position reports directly to the Learner Programme Executive and is accountable for progress discussions with the Executive.

Regular interactions with internal staff at all levels and external clients and suppliers are expected.

Role Expectations

The ideal candidate will be proactive, capable of working independently, and willing to undertake a variety of tasks.

Required Qualifications:

A solid educational background, with a minimum of 5 GCSEs at Grade A-C.

AMRT1_UKCT certification is preferred.
