Job Purpose

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Brand Development Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and growing our spirits portfolio in the on-trade sector, with a focus on Bristol and the Southwest.

Key Responsibilities
  • Target high-opportunity accounts and groups in the on-trade sector, building relationships and increasing distribution, menu share, and house pour agreements.
  • Develop and execute activation programmes to drive brand growth and sales.
  • Work closely with wholesalers and their sales teams to educate and share information about our portfolio.
  • Manage a territory and diary, making appointments, generating leads, and journey planning.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to create 'win-win' partnerships and drive business growth.
Requirements
  • Proven track record in proactive B2B sales, with experience selling to a wide range of decision makers.
  • Passion and love for the drinks industry, with awareness of new market trends and consumer insight.
  • Existing knowledge and relationships with on-trade and wholesale customers in the geographical area.
  • Ability to operate with integrity and professionalism, and to work collaboratively with clients to create mutually beneficial partnerships.
