Hi-Spirits is a leading spirits distributor and brand builder in the UK, representing a diverse portfolio of award-winning brands, including Buffalo Trace, Southern Comfort, and Antica Sambuca.

Job Purpose

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Brand Development Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and growing our spirits portfolio in the on-trade sector, with a focus on Bristol and the Southwest.

Key Responsibilities
  • Target high-opportunity accounts and groups in the on-trade sector to increase distribution, menu share, and house pour agreements.
  • Build and grow relationships with on-trade customers to drive business growth and improve brand visibility.
  • Develop and execute activation programs to showcase our portfolio range and key brands in the right venues.
  • Work with wholesalers and their sales teams to educate and share information about our brands.
  • Manage a territory and own diary, making appointments, generating leads, and journey planning.
Requirements
  • Proven track record in proactive B2B sales, with experience selling to a wide range of decision makers.
  • Passion and love for the drinks industry, with awareness of new market trends and consumer insight.
  • Existing knowledge and relationships with on-trade and wholesale customers in the geographical area.
  • Ability to operate with integrity and professionalism, and be tenacious and creative in new business approaches.
  • Strong relationship management skills and ability to influence at various levels.
