AIG Multinational is a dynamic business area within AIG, designing, implementing, and servicing bespoke multinational insurance solutions for our global customers. Our professionals possess diverse skills and expertise, delivering customized, compliant, and seamless solutions that support our clients' risk management objectives.

Your Impact
  • Proactively manage post-bind activities, including monitoring program implementation, tracking performance, and communicating with brokers and clients.
  • Provide multinational subject matter expertise and serve as an escalation point to support colleagues in multinational program design, territorial information, and problem-solving.
  • Promote and drive the adoption of the AIG Multinational End-to-End process, ensuring all parties understand roles, responsibilities, and expected timelines.
  • Assist with drafting and collecting facultative reinsurance documentation, adhering to AIG protocols and guidelines.
  • Offer guidance and support to internal stakeholders on operational processes and information requirements for reinsurance placements on multinational programs.
What You'll Need
  • Commercial insurance experience, preferably client servicing (broker or company background).
  • Strong technical knowledge of complex multinational programs, including reinsurance structures, with experience in the multinational environment and processes.
  • Experience working with multinational corporations.
  • Ability to identify operational improvements and gain technical knowledge/experience to carry out those improvements.
  • Collaborative skills with the ability to build strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently/organized, with good time management skills – handling multiple priorities, organizing work, and meeting deadlines.
