Catering Support Worker

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Catering Assistant to join our team at Anchor. As a Catering Assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering a high-quality catering service to our residents, ensuring their nutritional needs are met and their dining experience is enjoyable.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and cook meals to a high standard, adhering to health, safety, and hygiene guidelines.
- Manage food stock, minimizing waste and ensuring efficient use of resources.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety protocols.
- Collaborate with the Chef Manager to plan and implement menus, ensuring dietary requirements are met.
- Provide excellent customer service, responding to resident feedback and concerns.
- Level 2 food safety certificate or equivalent.
- Experience in a catering or food service environment, with knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
- Ability to work effectively in a team, prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and bank holidays.
