Key Responsibilities- Deliver a quality catering service in line with health, safety, and hygiene requirements.
- Comply with food safety, hygiene, and health and safety procedures.
- Minimise wastage when preparing meals and use equipment correctly.
- Escalate concerns and issues.
- Level 2 food safety certificate.
- Health and safety procedures, including control of substances harmful to health (COSHH).
- Previous catering experience with knowledge of basic food safety and safe use of knives and kitchen equipment.
- Experience of working with older people.
