We are collaborating with a Customer Service Centre seeking Client Support Specialists to enhance their team.

Salary range: £23,000 - £25,000.

The position entails a commitment of 35 hours per week, with core hours scheduled between 8.30am and 5.30pm on a rotating basis, Monday to Friday, including a 1-hour lunch break.

Shifts are communicated a week in advance and may include:


  • 8.30am – 4.30pm
  • 9.00am – 5.00pm
  • 9.30am – 5.30pm

Job Responsibilities
  • This dynamic role is integral to our front-line operations, managing electronic communications and phone inquiries from clients regarding pension services.

As a key member of a cohesive department, you will serve as the primary contact for operational matters, delivering exceptional service and ensuring a positive experience for clients.

Effectively utilizing available systems and collaborating with administrative and distribution teams will be essential in this role.

You will receive the necessary training and support to excel in your position. This role offers a diverse range of responsibilities with significant opportunities to contribute value to the organization.
