Channel Sales Manager

We Are Aspire Ltd is seeking an experienced Channel Sales Manager to drive growth across the UK and Europe. As a key member of our European operations team, you will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with channel partners, driving partner acquisition and enablement programs, and collaborating with internal teams to support partner success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage relationships with channel partners across Europe and the UK.
  • Drive partner acquisition, onboarding, and enablement programs to ensure consistent revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, and technical support) to support partner success.
  • Identify new opportunities for growth within existing partnerships.
  • Work closely with leading Financial Services, Broadcast, Health care, and Technology brands to develop joint go-to-market strategies.
  • Ensure partner adherence to company policies, particularly in data protection and compliance.
  • Monitor partner performance and provide regular feedback and training to enhance partner capabilities.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a channel management or similar partner-facing role, ideally within the software or technology sector.
  • Strong understanding of data protection, security, and compliance solutions.
  • Fluency in German or Dutch and English (additional European languages are a plus).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Willingness to travel across Europe when required.
