Key Responsibilities:
  • Work with a team of case managers and specialist staff to provide core services to children and families.
  • Develop relationships with key partners across the city to provide services to children and families.
  • Embrace a trauma-informed and child-first approach to Youth Justice.
  • Have knowledge of the issues that impact children and families, and which can lead to engaging in offending behavior, alongside an understanding of relevant legislation and National Standards.
  • Develop excellent skills in engaging and building relationships with children and their families.
