As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing assessment and intervention services to reduce reoffending by young people in line with National Standards and the Youth Justice Plan.
Key Responsibilities:- Work with a team of case managers and specialist staff to provide core services to children and families.
- Develop relationships with key partners across the city to provide services to children and families.
- Embrace a trauma-informed and child-first approach to Youth Justice.
- Have knowledge of the issues that impact children and families, and which can lead to engaging in offending behavior, alongside an understanding of relevant legislation and National Standards.
- Develop excellent skills in engaging and building relationships with children and their families.

- Monthly formal supervision alongside clinical consultation sessions.
