We are seeking a dedicated Youth Justice Officer to join our team at Sheffield Youth Justice Service.

The successful candidate will have knowledge of the issues that impact children and families, and which can lead to engaging in offending behaviour, alongside an understanding of relevant legislation and National Standards.

They will have excellent skills in engaging and building relationships with children and their families, as well as developing relationships with key partners across the city providing services to children and their families.

As a Youth Justice Officer, you will be part of a team of case managers and specialist staff providing the core services of the Youth Justice Service (YJS) including assessment and intervention to reduce reoffending by young people in line with National Standards and the Youth Justice Plan.
