Are you a seasoned civil engineer looking for a new challenge? Do you have experience leading teams and managing projects? We have an exciting opportunity for a Team Leader to join our Minor Civils Refurbishment team at Wessex Water.

This role will see you working across our region, covering Bristol, Salisbury, Bournemouth, Bridgwater, and everything in between. You will be responsible for managing a team of engineers and technicians, overseeing projects, and ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standard.

As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing a team of engineers and technicians
  • Overseeing projects from start to finish
  • Ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standard
  • Collaborating with other teams to achieve project goals
  • Identifying and mitigating risks

  • Strong civil engineering experience
  • Leadership and management skills
