Key Responsibilities- Manage and lead a team of engineers and technicians to deliver minor civil engineering projects, including mechanical works, excavations, and installations.
- Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Develop and implement effective project management strategies to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, maintenance, and customer service, to ensure seamless project execution.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, environmental policies, and company procedures.
- Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating risks, and implementing corrective actions as necessary.
- Strong background in civil engineering, with experience in minor works projects, including mechanical works, excavations, and installations.
- Proven leadership and project management skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team of engineers and technicians.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple projects and priorities.
- Valid UK driving license and proven towing experience.
