Position Overview:
Our client, a leading global technology firm, is seeking a Sales Operations Coordinator. This role is fully remote and requires a solid understanding of Salesforce.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee the tactical execution of communication initiatives within Partnerships programs, including partner onboarding, marketing development funds (MDF), and incentive payouts.
2. Manage support inquiries and escalations from partners, ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues.
3. Assist in organizing and optimizing regular communications to partners, which may include surveys, marketing updates, product announcements, and research requests.
4. Collaborate with Engineering and Product teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues faced by partners.
5. Serve as the primary contact for partners regarding operational and sales-related inquiries.
6. Deliver an exceptional partner experience through prompt follow-ups, consistent communication, and enhanced visibility within the organization.

Qualifications:
- Ability to work independently while supporting operational tasks.
- Experience in engaging with cross-functional teams to remove obstacles.
- Background in consulting, strategic partnerships, account management, or project management.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to convey insights to diverse audiences and senior management.
- Passionate about problem-solving and delving into complex issues.
- Self-motivated with a proven track record of taking initiative.
- Experience in cross-functional collaboration and prioritizing projects for multiple stakeholders.
