Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to lead our sales efforts in the South West England region, including Southern Wales territory. As a Field Sales Manager, you will be responsible for growing our business by selling our professional product line to end-users in the hospitality, healthcare, and restaurant industries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute business-building ideas to drive sales growth and market share in your assigned territory.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, and other stakeholders to understand their commercial needs and business objectives.
  • Provide technical support and product knowledge to customers to help them understand the value proposition of our professional products.
  • Collaborate with local distributors to develop and execute sales strategies that meet the needs of our customers.
  • Lead from the front: we need people to understand customer's commercial needs and business to envision them in building opportunities.

Job Qualifications

We are looking for individuals who are leaders and have a real passion for building customer relationships. We are seeking analytical thinkers and problem solvers, as well as excellent communicators. We are looking for someone who can set priorities and follow through on commitments, as well as demonstrate creativity, innovation, and initiative.

  • You will have previous sales experience and a proven track record of successful sales management.
  • Experience in the hospitality, healthcare, restaurant, distribution, cleaning or janitorial industry will be an advantage, but not essential.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
  • A valid and full UK driver's licence.
