Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our team as a Field Sales Manager in the South West England region.

About the Role

  • As a Field Sales Manager, you will be responsible for growing our business within your geographical territory by selling our professional product line to end-users in the focus areas of Hospitality, Healthcare, and Restaurants.
  • You will develop business building ideas and sell these ideas to our accounts, leading and executing those ideas into reality.
  • You will market our professional range of products to enable our customers to understand how their superiority meets their consumers' needs.
  • You will support and collaborate with local distributors in the Food & Janitorial industries.
  • You will lead from the front, understanding customer commercial needs and business to envision them in building opportunities.

Job Qualifications

We are looking for individuals who are leaders and have a real passion for building customer relationships. We are seeking analytical thinkers and problem solvers, as well as excellent communicators. We are looking for someone who can set priorities and follow through on commitments, as well as demonstrate creativity, innovation, and initiative.

  • You will have previous sales experience and a proven track record of successful sales management.
  • Experience in the hospitality, healthcare, restaurant, distribution, cleaning or janitorial industry will be an advantage, but not essential.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
  • A valid and full UK driver's licence.
