Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to lead our sales efforts in the South West England region, including Southern Wales territory. As a Field Sales Manager, you will be responsible for growing our business by selling our professional product line to end-users in the hospitality, healthcare, and restaurant industries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute business-building ideas to drive sales growth and market share in the region.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and partners to drive sales and revenue growth.
  • Provide technical support and product knowledge to customers to ensure they understand the value proposition of our professional products.
  • Collaborate with local distributors to develop and execute sales strategies that meet the needs of the market.
  • Lead from the front: we need people to understand customer's commercial needs and business to envision them in building opportunities.

Requirements

  • You will have previous sales experience and a proven track record of successful sales management.
  • Experience in the hospitality, healthcare, restaurant, distribution, cleaning or janitorial industry will be an advantage, but not essential.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
  • A valid and full UK driver's licence.
