About the Role

As a Sales Development Representative at Landytech, you'll play a vital role in driving lead generation and contributing to our revenue growth. You will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential sales opportunities, nurturing relationships, and collaborating with the sales team to ensure a seamless transition from prospect to client. This dynamic and hands-on role is perfect for someone who is motivated, resilient, and eager to grow within a fast-paced, startup environment.

Your Responsibilities
  • Assess and qualify inbound leads to determine their suitability and readiness for further engagement.
  • Proactively generate new leads through various channels, including email outreach, cold calling, social media, and networking events.
  • Schedule meetings and product demonstrations for the sales team, ensuring a steady pipeline of qualified opportunities.
  • Follow up with prospects and leads to nurture relationships and guide them through the sales funnel.
  • Work closely with the sales, marketing, and partnerships teams to align strategies and share insights on lead quality and conversion rates.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all lead interactions and activities within our CRM system (HubSpot).
  • Monitor and report on key metrics, including the number of leads generated, meetings set, and conversion rates.
Your Skills & Expertise
  • You have 1-2 years of experience in a sales development or similar role, preferably within a SaaS or fintech environment.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
  • You possess strong prospecting and lead generation skills.
  • You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • You are proficient in using CRM software (HubSpot preferred) and other sales tools.
  • You can handle rejection while maintaining a positive attitude.
  • You are highly organized with strong time management skills.
  • You have a data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
