About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and caring individual to join our team as a Mobile Support Worker. As a Community Care Specialist, you will play a vital role in providing support and assistance to vulnerable clients in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to alarm calls and assess the care and support needs of clients
  • Provide or facilitate appropriate support and assistance to clients
  • Deal with referrals, maintenance, and installation of alarm equipment
  • Undertake last resort personal care when on a call-out, maintaining client dignity
  • Assist with the promotion of the service in local communities

Requirements:

  • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle for business use
  • No specific experience necessary, but a responsible and caring nature is essential
