Key Responsibilities- Respond to alarm calls and assess the care and support needs of clients, providing or facilitating appropriate support.
- Deal with referrals, maintenance, and installing alarm equipment at clients' premises, explaining how the equipment/alarm works.
- Undertake 'last resort' personal care when on a call-out, maintaining client dignity.
- Assist with promoting the service in local communities.
