We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Executive to join our team at Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited. As a Marketing Executive, you will play a key role in delivering marketing strategies that drive business growth and success.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement creative content marketing campaigns to engage our target audience and drive website traffic.
- Manage and optimize our social media presence, including creating and scheduling content, engaging with followers, and building relationships with influencers and partners.
- Write and optimize blog posts to improve our online visibility and search engine rankings.
- Plan and execute physical marketing events and community-focused campaigns to build brand awareness and drive sales.
- Monitor and analyze the ROI of our marketing campaigns to inform future strategies and improve performance.
- Support the wider team with paid advertising, website management, and database marketing.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices to ensure our marketing efforts remain effective and innovative.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need prior experience in a marketing, content, or communications role, with a strong understanding of digital marketing tools and techniques. You will be a strong communicator with excellent project management skills, able to build strong relationships with internal and external teams. A driving license is also required.
