Residential Deputy Manager Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Residential Deputy Manager to join our team at North Lakes Children's Services, a well-established local provider of therapeutic residential care and education for boys aged 6-18.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the issues that face young people in care and hold a relevant qualification such as a Residential Childcare Diploma or NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading a small team of staff to provide high-quality care and support to young people
  • Developing and implementing therapeutic programs to promote resilience, self-esteem, and abilities
  • Collaborating with colleagues to ensure a safe and supportive environment
  • Managing sleep-in shifts and contributing to a 24/7 care service
