Senior Day to Day Manager – Music
Handle Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Senior Day to Day Manager to join our team and support the day-to-day management of a prominent international artist.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in artist management, with experience in planning international tours, promoting the artist's career, and managing business affairs. They will also have excellent attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the artist with all day-to-day management duties, including planning tours, managing business affairs, and promoting the artist's career.
- Work closely with the artist and other team members to develop and implement strategies to build and maintain a strong international fan base.
- Coordinate campaigns around each release, including music formats, merchandise, and touring.
- Manage relationships with wider campaign teams, including publicists, booking agents, business managers, labels, tour managers, digital strategists, musicians, and crew.
- Provide daily support to the artist, including in-person meetings, phone calls, video calls, and email.
- Plan and manage all promotional activities, including interviews, photo shoots, and events.
- Review biographies, artwork, and press releases.
- Work closely with the accounts team to manage invoices, payments, and third-party income.
- Secure visas, passports, and required travel documents.
- Review sync opportunities as required.
Requirements:
- Demonstrable experience in artist management.
- Knowledge of releases and running high-level campaigns.
- Excellent attention to detail, with strong organizational skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- High degree of computer literacy, with proficiency in word-processing, database, spreadsheet, Google Docs, and email.
