Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Artist Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in artist management and strong leadership skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and developing a roster of high-calibre artists, coordinating partnerships with event organizers and orchestras, and traveling nationally and internationally.

Key Responsibilities

  • Management and development of a roster of high-calibre artists for general and local management.
  • Coordinating and maintaining partnerships with event organisers and orchestras nationally and internationally.
  • National and international travel to concerts, conferences, and business meetings.
  • Extensive experience in artist management.
  • Existing broad network within the music and events scene both in and outside of Europe; knowledge of the international chamber music market would be an advantage.
  • Very good knowledge of classical music repertoire.
  • Fluent German and English skills are necessary for the Berlin office; fluent English skills are required for the London office, and knowledge of German is an advantage but not essential.
  • Willingness to travel.
  • 30 days of paid annual leave in addition to public holidays.
