Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Visual Merchandising Lead to join our team at Frasers. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional visual standards across our stores, driving sales and customer engagement through creative and commercial merchandising.

Key Responsibilities
  • Visual Merchandising Strategy: Develop and implement visual merchandising strategies that align with our brand identity and commercial objectives.
  • Store Experience: Collaborate with store managers and teams to ensure a consistent and engaging customer experience across all departments.
  • Brand Representation: Represent our brand with integrity and purpose, leading by example and inspiring others to do the same.
  • Team Leadership: Provide coaching and development opportunities to shop floor teams, empowering them to deliver exceptional visual standards and customer service.
  • Commercial Acumen: Analyze sales data and customer behavior to inform visual merchandising decisions and drive commercial growth.
  • Seasonal Planning: Develop and implement seasonal visual merchandising plans that align with marketing and visual communications calendars.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain stocks of POS and visual equipment to ensure stores can deliver a strong visual message at all times.
  • Event Execution: Collaborate with managers to deliver promotions and events that meet deadlines and maximize sales.
Requirements
  • Visual Merchandising Experience: Proven experience in visual merchandising, preferably in a managerial role.
  • Commercial Acumen: Strong understanding of commercial principles and ability to analyze sales data and customer behavior.
  • Leadership Skills: Ability to lead and motivate teams, providing coaching and development opportunities to drive performance.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas and plans to stakeholders.
  • Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines, with a flexible and proactive approach to work.
