About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at Richmond Harbour Hotel. As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of staff to deliver a world-class dining experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and customer service.
  • Lead a team of staff to deliver a high-quality dining experience, ensuring that all customers receive excellent service and food quality.
  • Monitor and maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the restaurant, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction, increase sales, and enhance the overall dining experience.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure that food is prepared to a high standard and presented in a visually appealing way.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 2 years' experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment, preferably in a supervisory or management role.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think on your feet and make sound decisions.
  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations, with the ability to maintain high standards in the restaurant.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
