About Insignis Cash Solutions

We are a fast-growing FinTech company seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a B2B Head of Marketing. As a key member of our marketing department, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing campaigns that drive client acquisition and revenue growth.

Responsibilities
  1. Campaign Development: Lead the development and implementation of multichannel and integrated B2B marketing campaigns that generate marketing-qualified leads and revenue opportunities.
  2. Content Strategy: Collaborate with Heads of Sales to develop a comprehensive content strategy that covers all stages of the marketing funnel, aligns digital marketing efforts with lead generation and sales goals, and ensures a seamless transition from marketing to sales.
  3. Marketing Analysis: Monitor, analyze, and report on marketing activities (Web, SEO, social media, and digital advertising) to provide insights, demonstrate effective ROI, and optimize campaigns.
  4. Marketing Budget Management: Manage the marketing budgets allocated to the different channels ensuring value for money and tracking of spend throughout the year.
  5. Industry Events: Identify industry events and opportunities from publication and trading associations that support brand awareness activities across the key business segments.
  6. Market Research: Report on trends and competitive landscape within the target markets.
  7. Campaign Optimization: Measure campaign results and recommend changes to improve performance against business goals.
Requirements
  1. Experience: 3-5 years of experience in a B2B marketing position, ideally targeting Finance professionals (CFO, Treasurers, Financial Directors).
  2. Marketing Campaigns: Successful track record in developing marketing campaigns from idea creation, development, and delivery.
  3. Strategic Thinking: Ability to think both strategically, commercially, and practically.
  4. Technical Skills: Advanced knowledge of CMS (WordPress), email marketing, HubSpot, and LinkedIn.
  5. SEO and PPC: A good understanding of SEO, PPC, Social Media (LinkedIn, Meta).
  6. Analytical and Creative Mindset: Analytical and creative mindset with numerical confidence.
  7. Planning and Organization: Excellent planning and organizational skills.
  8. Industry Knowledge: Interested in the finance, FinTech, and the cash management space.
  9. Personal Qualities: Positive, passionate, and driven with a can-do attitude.
  10. Communication Skills: Strong communication skills.
  11. Attention to Detail: Excellent attention to detail & ability to follow processes.
  12. Self-Motivation: Self-motivated individual with a great sense of ownership and accountability.
  13. Team Player: A team player, able to work collaboratively within the wider team, and not afraid of rolling up their sleeves.
  14. Work Ethic: Great work ethic.
