Children and Young People Specialist

We are seeking a suitably qualified and experienced practitioner to support the delivery of the Safer Options Trauma Informed Consultation Service as it enters its final year of a 3-year pilot project.
The service is based within the Specialist CAMHS Be Safe Service, a multi-disciplinary/multi-agency team. The post holder will be responsible for delivering the Health and Justice funded pilot project, supporting colleagues in Children's Social Care and the independent sector who work with children and young people at risk of harm to themselves and others as a result of exploitation and serious violence.
The post holder will provide multi-agency case formulation and training informed by the Enhanced Care Management approach and Trauma Recovery Model. They will be part of the multi-agency Safer Options partnership, a whole-system response to reducing serious violence and exploitation in Bristol led by a multi-disciplinary hub.
The successful candidate will be involved in developing the care pathway for the project and contributing to the project evaluation. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dedicated team to make a positive impact on the lives of children and young people.
