About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Assistant Retail Manager to join our team at Superdrug. As a key member of our store management team, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales associates to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
  • Manage store operations, including stock control, visual merchandising, and inventory management
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and increase sales
  • Collaborate with the store manager to achieve business objectives and improve store performance
  • Provide coaching and development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge

Requirements

  • Previous retail experience, preferably in a management role
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth
